Senior Manager, Market Access & HTA Italy

Our Market Access teams work across the organisation and with external stakeholders to demonstrate value and help ensure that patients can agevolazioni from the treatments they need. We are now seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access & HTA Italy to lead the development and execution of market access, pricing, reimbursement and health technology assessment strategies for Italy. This role will connect the Italian affiliate with the European Market Access & Policy organisation and support both in-line and pipeline products.

Job Requirements




Market Access, Pricing & HTA Strategy
- Develop, manage and execute Market Access and HTA strategies for Italy, aligned with European and global priorities.
- Lead pricing, reimbursement and HTA activities, including dossiers, payer value propositions, pricing strategy and negotiation materials.
- Provide strategic input into launch readiness and lifecycle management for in-line and pipeline products.
- Conduct health economics and outcomes research to support market access strategy and value demonstration.

Stakeholder Engagement & External Environment
- Build and maintain effective relationships with AIFA, regional payers, institutions and scientific societies.
- In collaboration with Medical, support timely real-world evidence initiatives and disease advocacy activities involving KOLs, patient organisations and health authorities.
- Monitor the Italian healthcare, pricing and reimbursement
