We are looking for a Procurement intern to join our Procurement Central Team. As a member of the Procurement team,
you will perform fulfillment of Suppliers “Transformation & Packaging” category for all Ariston EU plants reporting to Buyer of Packaging , through commercial negotiation, price list management , ordering , operations monitoring, KPI follow-up.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Being the procurement reference point for internal functions;
- Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers;
- Support in monitoring and improving supplier performance (PPV DPO, service level, quality, etc.);
- Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, code/supplier information, data analysis);
- Support in Benchmarking for procurement - Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans;
- Support new products management (new codes, suppliers’ selection);
- Provide support to plants /production to make the shipment happen;
- Invoice issuing;
- Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target
