What You'll Do
- Respond to customer questions through the available support channels
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance
- Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot common issues and elevate more complex cases when necessary
- Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
- Keep customer information and case details accurately documented
- Follow established procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive team environment

- Italian native & B1+ English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn new tools, processes, and systems quickly
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but relevant transferable experience is also valued

Compensation

For international candidates: €1,050 gross/month

The all-inclusive package includes:
- Base salary
- Room allowance with utility bills included
