About The Company
WellD is a fast-growing, young, and dynamic consulting company dedicated to custom software product development, with a strong focus on state-of-the-art technologies. But most importantly, we are a team of passionate, down-to-earth developers and engineers who love what we do.
We believe in continuous improvement and value passion, curiosity, and an analytical mindset over pure skill-specific knowledge. What sets us apart is our commitment to technical quality and competence, nurtured through a friendly environment and a company culture that goes beyond daily business.
Our clients are leading companies in the Energy, Industrial, Food, Finance, and Health sectors. The projects we work on are challenging and impactful: every solution we deliver is designed to make a difference and meet real-world, mission-critical requirements.
To support our culture of growth and collaboration, we actively invest in tech conferences and meetups, our WellD Book, Tech Lunches, Tech Blog, internal workshops, and team-building activities. We like to program in pairs,
challenge our knowledge, and share what we learn—because growing together is part of what we do best.
