Pay Range: EUR 450 - 650 Monthly Salary
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in hospitality and the Food & Beverage sector to join our team as an F&B; Administration Intern.
The intern will primarily support the administrative and organizational side of the F&B; department, working closely with the F&B; Director, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with various operational teams (restaurant, bar, banqueting) when needed.
This is a dynamic, hands-on learning experience that offers a broad view of the F&B; world.
Main Responsability
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the F&B; department
- Help gather and manage internal data and reports
- Support communication and coordination between the F&B; office and operational teams
- Assist with planning, scheduling,



documentation, and preparation of internal materials
- Provide occasional support during operational activities (e.g., events, breakfast service, banqueting)

Requirements
- Interest in hospitality and Food & Beverage operations and management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to support different teams when needed
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
