Baccarat Hotels & Residences is seeking a Payroll Manager for its Rome pre-opening team. You will design and implement payroll systems, ensure compliance with Italian law, and partner with Finance and People Operations to build a scalable payroll operation before opening.
The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires a proactive, systems-minded professional with luxury/hospitality payroll experience.
