ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Field Application Scientist (FAS), you will provide essential technical expertise and training to customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Quanterix platforms into their research workflows.
You will act as a bridge between innovative technology and the scientific community, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting, and staying abreast of the latest advancements. This role involves both pre-sales and post-sales support, extensive travel, and collaboration with internal teams to improve products and customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to visit existing and prospective customers
- Deliver compelling presentations and webinars tailored to diverse audiences and disease areas
- Demonstrate instrument and software capabilities
- Participate in industry trade shows and seminars
- Post-Sales Support:
- Deliver basic and advanced training to users
- Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot assay development challenges
- Maintain regular communication with customers to share new publications, protocols, and tools
