Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

Location: Athens, Greece On-site or Remote (within Greece)
About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
- - Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
- - Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- - Collaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate complex cases.





Requirements:
- - Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
- - Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
- - Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is a plus, but not required.
- - Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
