Associate Consultant - Customer Advocacy (Business Analyst)

The Associate Consultant – Customer Advocacy will be responsible for:
- Conducting business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, presentations, and solution demonstrations.




- Acting as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Supporting solution design, testing activities, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assisting in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and post-implementation reviews.
- Supporting pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Good understanding of requirement elicitation, business process modelling, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools and documentation standards.
