This is a senior consulting role focused on helping private equity investors, portfolio companies, and technology businesses turn strategic ambitions into measurable business outcomes. You will lead complex transformation and change-management programmes spanning operating models, technology, processes, people, and governance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‐on programme leadership, requiring you to engage senior stakeholders and maintain momentum through delivery. You will help organisations build compelling cases for change, align teams around priorities, and embed new ways of working. Your work will directly support growth, operational performance, resilience, customer outcomes, and value creation.



You will operate in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment alongside investment, commercial, operational, financial, and technology specialists.
Accountabilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initial diagnosis and mobilisation through delivery and the achievement of measurable outcomes.
- Develop clear transformation roadmaps covering the case for change, target operating model, initiative sequencing, accountabilities, investment requirements, risks, and expected benefits.
- Establish effective programme governance, delivery rhythms, decision‐making structures, and accountability mechanisms to keep transformation initiatives on track.
- Engage senior stakeholders and build organisational commitment through credible communication, structured facilitation, and practical approaches to change adoption.
