Overview As a Graphic Designer at IFF in Dubai, you will act as Creative Director to craft and develop concepts, campaigns, packaging and collaterals that bring fragrances to life. You'll build visuals from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in-store displays, and design packaging mockups and label graphics. You will research trends and translate them into creative concepts, supporting the marketing team across brands and categories. Expect cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment and meaningful brand experiences.

Develop concepts from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in-store displays

Create compelling presentations for customer interactions
Conceptualize immersive real-world brand experiences
Conduct trend research (campaigns, AI, packaging, colors) and translate insights into concepts
Support marketing across brands, categories, trends and related projects
Requisiti fondamentali
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects; ability to edit videos
Strong experience with generative AI tools for visual and video creation
Good understanding of print production
Strong portfolio in beauty, luxury or advertising
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Keen eye for detail and solid design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to changing priorities
