Your Key Responsibilities




To fuel our growth, we're launching an elite Graduate Program - Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
This is not a classic entry-level role. It's a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy .
You'll go through 3 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs:
6 months - BDR SMB (Business Development Representative - Small Medium Business)
Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.
Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting - target Small Medium Business
6 months - BDR Mid Market (Business Development Representative - Mid Market)
Graduate to larger deal sizes and multi-stakeholder prospecting to build high-value Mid-Market pipeline.
