Are you passionate about technical sales and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Sales Engineer in Tuscany and Lazio region, to support business growth within the Process Industry segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), End Users, and distribution partners, while promoting Emerson's products and solutions portfolio. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver value-driven solutions to customers and contribute to sustainable business growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory and Process Industry segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with target accounts, distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and end users through regular customer engagement and site visits.




- Identify new business opportunities and support the development of strategic growth initiatives.
- Track and Manage opportunities, plans, visits, leads, account by CRM (SalesForce).
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers while ensuring profitable business outcomes.
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and business performance tracking activities.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer support and successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments, providing valuable feedback to the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong customer-centric culture in all interactions.
