We are looking for highly qualified Site Managers to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements according to project documentation and Owner's guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Review contractor-supplied QA/QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection.
- Develop the Quantitative Control Plan for the assigned discipline.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates.
- Review contractors' schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals.
- Monitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager.
- Ensure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans.
- Supervise multiple contractors' works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the Quality Assurance Plan.
- Validate work stoppages, prepare reports,
and update construction progress in the AURA system.
- Coordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination.
- Supervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections.
- Control As-Built documentation, manage cost deviation analysis, and supervise payments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Engineering degree or higher qualification in the assigned discipline.
- Valid license to perform official work validation according to local construction law, if applicable.
- Full and updated training in work instructions for the assigned discipline.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and codes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with specific experience in work supervision.
- Class B1 driving license and own 4x4 vehicle.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
