The Agency Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with agencies/brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, and we create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our agencies.Responsibilities:- Revenue Partnership- Establish and manage client relationships with media agencies- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy- Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients- Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management- Build a pipeline of revenue- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing,
legal and engineering- Campaign Planning and Management- Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.- Conduct live platform demonstrations- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems- Product Management- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutionsMinimum Qualifications- Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with experience specifically managing holding company relationships.- Proven track record of navigating, presenting to, and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).- Experience manag
