Role Description
The M&A; Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Milan. The associate will support the founders in the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing opportunities, conducting market and target company research, preparing investment materials, and coordinating due diligence activities until deal closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models,
reviewing business performance and valuation, meeting sellers and advisors and preparing the documentation for investment decisions. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams to execute transactions and support the post-acquisition phase.
