Overview In this role you will support the Global Brand Manager in building a new innovation platform from product development to the marketing mix. You will help shape packaging, visual identity, brand positioning and the economics of the platform, coordinating with Operations and labs to ensure feasibility. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment and prepare the project to move to the Luxembourg team. This is an opportunity to contribute to product development and strategic branding at Ferrero.

Responsabilità
- Support the development of a new innovation platform across product development, packaging, visual identity, brand positioning, economics and industrial feasibility
- Prepare briefs and coordinate internal stakeholders for packaging and visual identity,



aligning with intended positioning
- Assist economics and profitability evaluations to build a solid business case and identify opportunities or constraints
- Coordinate product development activities from concept to feasibility with Laboratories, Technical Functions and Operations
- Act as a hub among Laboratories, Packaging Development, Research, Controlling, Operations, Legal and Quality to ensure alignment and timely progress
- Support the Research Department in defining and managing the research plan, analysis and post-research actions to reinforce platform development
- Identify market opportunities and competitive references to support platform development and next organizational phase

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
