To support an ambitious international growth plan and strengthen its presence in high-potential markets, we are looking for an International Business Developer who will actively contribute to the commercial development of the brand across international markets, with a particular focus on the Luxury Spa & Resort, Beauty, Fitness, and Wellness segments.
Role Objective
The primary objective of the role is to drive the company's business growth across the APAC region,
developing new markets, building and strengthening a high-performing distribution network, and converting business opportunities into measurable and sustainable revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, the International Business Developer will take ownership of the assigned markets, from market analysis and partner identification to distributor development, commercial negotiation, and performance monitoring, operating with a high degree of autonomy and in close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans across assigned APAC markets, identifying priority countries, market-entry opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Identify, select, and onboard new distributors, strategic partners, and key accounts aligned with the company's positioning and commercial objectives.
- Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline
