As aGuest Experience Host , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels cared for, balancing online guest communication with face-to-face interactions at our property.
- Guest whisperer: You'll be the go-to person for all guest inquiries, handling everything from booking modifications to local recommendations with confidence and charm.
- Online Guest Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests across all our European properties, communicating via phone, email, and WhatsApp.Manage guest tickets efficiently, resolving booking modifications, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.Provide a seamless and consistent service experience across all touchpoints, ensuring guest satisfaction
