Overview In this role you will lead and deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for Visa Consulting and Analytics Italy, shaping strategic recommendations for clients. You work closely with cross-functional teams to turn problem statements into actionable proposals and measurable outcomes. You will analyze client portfolios and market data to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement. Responsabilità
- Lead consulting initiatives and drive engagements to close opportunities with clients
- Engage with internal teams in strategic and planning discussions
- Serve as main client contact for inquiries and project delivery
- Manage multiple priorities across workstreams and projects
- Transform problems into proposals with leadership guidance
- Develop frameworks, approaches, and recommendations to address opportunities




- Build solutions and insights to help clients grow portfolios and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, risk, and innovation
- Produce analyses and recommendations to improve client performance and mentor client priorities
- Perform client-specific portfolio analysis using proprietary data (demographics, activity, spend, behavioral scores, financials)

Requisiti fondamentali
- Problem solving with ROI focus
- Understanding of card issuers' P&L; and profitability drivers (plus)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong team orientation and ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Self-motivated, results oriented, able to handle multiple projects
- Experience in large consulting firms or corporate strategy
- Proficiency with financial indicators to assess business performance (ROI)
