WORK LOCATION: Verona or Milan; hybrid working available
CONTRACT: Permanent contract; full-time
SALARY: Gross Annual Salary between €75,000 and €85,000 + MBO + corporate welfare + lavoro da remoto

The Role




As Technology Delivery Manager – Lifescience, you will lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within the Life Sciences R&D; environment. You will combine hands-on application and infrastructure expertise with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects, aligning technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery activities, including planning, scoping, execution, risk mitigation, and post-project evaluation.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, end users, and vendors to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business needs.
