About the role
Binance is exploring opportunities to expand its licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region. We are looking for a Compliance Officer to build and run an independent and effective compliance function for the local licensed payment business,
ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, AIFC regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance of the local licensed payment business with applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, AIFC regulatory requirements, and internal policies;
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report compliance risks;
- Develop and maintain the Compliance Risk Management Framework;
- Conduct periodic compliance monitoring and thematic reviews;
- Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate the implementation of regulatory changes;
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls;
- Oversee compliance with AML/CFT/CPF requirements and coordinate with the relevant financial monitoring function;
- Monitor sanctions and other financial crime risks applicable to the business;
- Review new products, services, business activities, and material change
