We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated individual to join our team as a Mako Field Service Representative. The responsibilities of the Mako field service representative include undertaking customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to the schedule.

To be a successful Mako field service representative,



you should have excellent analytical and time management skills. Ultimately, a first-class Mako field service representative should have strong leadership and service skills, they should be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes.

What you will do :

- You will provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.
- You will deliver, instal, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
- You will resolve operational issues in the field.
