We are looking for an engineering leader whose mission is to help evolve how software is built inside the organization through AI-assisted development, agentic coding workflows, and modern engineering practices.
This is not a traditional engineering management role focused mainly on delivery coordination. We are looking for someone who can establish and enforce high-leverage development workflows, improve engineering effectiveness, and help teams fully exploit modern AI coding tools and autonomous development systems.
You will work closely with engineers across projects and domains — helping shape coding standards, review processes, engineering tooling, development workflows, and AI-native software delivery practices.
About the Team
We sit close to real business problems and have the freedom to prototype and ship quickly. AI is already part of our daily workflow, and we expect that role to keep expanding.
We care about building things well, shipping systems that create leverage, and continuously improving how engineering work gets done.
We appreciate people who combine strong engineering judgment with pragmatism, curiosity, and a deep interest in how AI is changing software development itself.
What You’ll Do
Help transform and scale AI-assisted software development practices across the organization:
-
- Establish engineering best practices around AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows
- Drive adoption of modern AI development tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP-enabled workflows, autonomous agents, and related systems
- Improve development velocity and code quality through AI-assisted review, testing, refactoring, documentation, and automation
