Overview In this role you shape data-driven sales strategies for Amplifon’s global retail business. You will develop advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data visualizations to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the sales journey. You’ll collaborate with Marketing/CRM, IT, and Analytics to deliver shared data products and dashboards that influence key decisions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a global leader in hearing care.

Responsabilità
- Tackle cutting-edge data science use cases across the sales journey
- Apply advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from business data
- Build data-driven models to answer business questions
- Create hypotheses and experiments to guide Sales strategies
- Develop visualizations and presentations to influence stakeholders
- Develop ML models to streamline Sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing/CRM, IT,



Reporting & Analytics to deliver dashboards and analyses

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in quantitative fields (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing and Engineering)
- 4-5 years of data science experience in digital, customer or retail data science
- Experience with time series forecasting, optimization and classical ML problems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn; TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Working knowledge of code versioning and testing
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced pivot, macros, statistics formulas)
- Nice to have: PowerBI, SSRS, Dataiku, GCP tools
- Fluent in English
- Experience coordinating external resources for model development
- Open-mindedness and adaptability
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Ability to coordinate with external partners
- SQL
