We are looking for a skilled,
passionate and autonomous SALES & ADMIN Assistant to join our team
Your key responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support by independently managing and supporting sales & administration operational processes.
Manage public procurement procedures, compliant with Italian laws (e-commerce).
Manage and maintain customer portals with legal documents (Kpi, Insurance, Quality Certificates, financial data).
Manage Bank Warranties with the Italian Bank and follow it.
Support Sales/Service dept. with Customer T&C; analysis (clauses, risks, required EAP..).
Support electronic invoices management.
Local Administration
Assist the Local Administration Manager with any operational, administrative and reporting tasks, contributing to process efficiency, team objectives and continuous improvement initiativ
