Industrial and financial Controller – MexicoThe successful candidate will be responsible for the industrial controlling activities of a manufacturing plant located in Mexico.
The position combines industrial controlling, monthly closing and group reporting responsibilities, working closely with the local management and the Group Finance organization.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for a Finance/Controlling professional looking to start or accelerate an international career within a leading Italian Tier-1 Automotive Group.
The selected candidate will initially join the Group Headquarters for a 6–8 month training period, aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the company's industrial processes, controlling systems, reporting standards and finance procedures. Following this initial training,



the candidate will relocate to Mexico under a local Mexican employment contract.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the industrial controlling activities of the Mexican manufacturing plantPreparing and coordinating monthly financial closings and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the GroupMonitoring industrial costs, profitability, production performance and key operational KPIsAnalysing actual results versus Budget, Forecast and previous periods, identifying variances and their key driversManaging and analysing industrial costs by Bill of Materials (BOM / product structure), ensuring accurate monitoring of material costs, conversion costs and product profitabilitySupporting the Plant Manager and local management with financial analysis and business insightsPreparing management reporting and financial information for submission to the Group consolidation processManaging the budgeting and forecasting processes for the plantMonitoring manufactu
