We are looking for a talented, curious, and highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Research & Marketing Team based at our Corporate Office in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, international environment, while building strong relationships with key business stakeholders across the organization.
The role combines data management and analysis with cross-functional collaboration, delivering meaningful insights that help drive informed and strategic business decisions.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Query;
Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English;
Previous experience, including academic projects or internships, involving data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence;
A genuine interest in data management, analytics,



and market research.
What you will be responsible for?
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:
Collect, clean, validate, and structure datasets from multiple internal and external sources, with a particular focus on Excel-based data;
Analyse and accurately map variables and data structures to ensure consistency and comparability across datasets;
Perform data normalization activities on context-sensitive information, including currencies, units of measurement, product classifications, and local naming conventions;
Support the design, development, and maintenance of comparative dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate cross-country and cross-functional analysis;
Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets;
Contribute to technical documentation, data governance processes, and best practices;
