Descrizione Lavoro - Factory Squad Specialist
We are expanding our Automation & Process Optimization capabilities and looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with solid expertise in UiPath. You will join a multinational team and collaborate with business owners and stakeholders across the globe. The role involves collaboration on activities between teams in Greece and India, working on end-to-end automations, and contributing to the digital transformation of our operations.
What you do
- Design, build, test, and deploy advanced RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, REFramework, Libraries).
- Manage, orchestrate, and monitor automations through UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs).
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable automation designs.
- Collaborate closely with global business owners and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing RPA workflows.




- Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security policies, and best practices.
- AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

What you Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, primarily with UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and automation lifecycle management.
- Experience working with enterprise systems; SAP automation experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with finance processes (P2P, O2C, reporting, reconciliations, etc.).
- Proficiency in VB.NET or C# for UiPath activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel occasionally, depending on project needs.
