Bryq is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves people feeling supported and heard.
You will troubleshoot platform issues, guide new users, log interactions in CRM, and help onboard new client accounts while meeting service targets.
