As a Customer Care Technician, you provide technical support to customers worldwide and work closely with the Customer Care Manager and an experienced technical team. You troubleshoot and document customer issues, share feedback with the R&D; team, and help improve our products and services.

You are comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
