Job Purpose





We are looking for a Search & Evaluation Manager that will be responsible for operating a disciplined global scouting engine that identifies, landscapes and prioritizes external opportunities capable of supporting Recordati’s business development transactions and portfolio growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Innovation, the role will connect science and strategy, providing high-quality, evidence-based recommendations spanning from early-stage investment, licensing and M&A.;

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global landscaping process across agreed therapeutic areas, development stages, geographies
- Translate BD strategy into clear search theses, screening criteria and repeatable scouting plans
- Establish and maintain a dedicated tool to continuously scan scientific, clinical, regulatory, competitive and transaction landscapes to identify emerging assets, platforms, companies
