To strengthen its team, we are currently looking for an:

ECA COORDINATOR – EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, promotion, financial management and operational coordination of the School's extracurricular activities programme, ensuring an engaging and well-structured offering for students and families.

The role requires a combination of strong organisational skills,



commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal abilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The ECA Coordinator will manage and coordinate:
- Afternoon activities and clubs
- Sports activities
- Educational visits and school trips
- Residential trips and camps
- Development and continuous improvement of the extracurricular activities offering
- Promotion of ECA programmes to students and families
- Management of the economic and financial aspects related to the activities
- Planning, budgeting and monitoring of costs and revenues
- Operational coordination of external suppliers, partners and collaborators
- Organisation and monitoring of activities, schedules and related logistics
- Coordination with internal School departments to ensure the smooth delivery of all programmes
