We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to join a leading international manufacturing organization at its production plant in Pinerolo, Italy .

Key Responsibilities:
Employee & Union Relations
- Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.
- Assist the HR Manager with union relations activities,
including the preparation of reports and documentation, coordination of meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements and related initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional HR experience.
Global HR Operations Coordination
- Ensure the effective local implementation of global HR policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
- Act as the primary local contact for global HR projects, process updates, organizational changes, and HR system implementations.
- Support communication, change management, and employee adoption of new HR programs, systems, and digital tools.
