Tecnocap , a fast-growing Italian multinational Group operating in the packaging industry, with manufacturing facilities across Europe, India, Saudi Arabia, the United States and South America, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to strengthen its Corporate Finance function at the Group's Italian headquarters. The position requires at least 15 years of experience in Finance & Controlling, a professional background in the packaging industry, and in-depth knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes .

The Role The successful candidate will oversee the Group's planning, controlling and reporting processes, ensuring an integrated view of financial, economic and industrial performance to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
Acting as a key representative of the headquarters across the Group's manufacturing sites, the Group Financial Controller will promote Group standards,



a strong controlling culture and shared management priorities.
Through continuous interaction with local teams, the role will contribute to building a consistent, reliable and sufficiently granular Group-wide information base, enabling a clear understanding of performance and supporting effective decision-making.
The position involves frequent international travel and regular on-site presence at the Group's manufacturing plants , which are integral parts of the role.
First-hand knowledge of production processes and close collaboration with the teams responsible for them will be essential to validate data at source and ensure its consistency, granularity, traceability and integration.
Strong financial expertise must therefore be combined with the ability to understand how manufacturing facilities operate, interpret operational dynamics and assess their financial impact.
