For our Milan Headquarter we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Group Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Global VP Finance, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the Group's monthly reporting activities, with a particular focus on Group P&L; (management account view), ensuring data accuracy and independently performing first-level variance analysis.
The role will also be responsible for monitoring the financial and economic performance of the Group's Technology division, working closely with IT leaders and Finance & Accounting teams, both at Headquarters and across local entities.
Over time, the candidate will be progressively involved in Global Controlling and Planning activities, supporting the Global VP Finance throughout the forecasting and budgeting cycles.
Reporting & KPIs:



Update management dashboards and monthly Group reporting. Within the IT division, monitor existing financial KPIs and develop new ones, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for management.
Variance Analysis: Monitor actual costs and revenues against Budget and Forecast, identifying, analysing and explaining significant variances, with particular attention to areas showing anomalies or unexpected trends.
Work closely with the Accounting team during the month-end closing process to ensure the correct accounting treatment of IT costs, accruals, prepayments and capitalization.
Support the preparation of the annual budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and subsequent periodic forecasting cycles for the Group's Technology products.
IT Cost Allocation: Support the VP IT in managing the IT cost allocation and intercompany recharge model across the Group's different legal entities, ensuring fairness, consistency and
