To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our office in Turin, Italy.
The HRBP will act as a key HR point of contact for management and for the Group’s international subsidiaries, supporting them in people management, organizational development, and the implementation of Group HR initiatives.
The role will work in direct collaboration with the Group HR Manager, supporting both operational and strategic HR activities and ensuring effective coordination between Headquarters and the Group’s international subsidiaries.
The position will have a strong international and cross-functional scope.
Responsibilities
- Act as HR Business Partner for the Group’s international subsidiaries, working directly with local Managing Directors and supporting them on key HR and people-related matters
- Work closely with the Group HR Manager on HR priorities, organizational needs, and people-related initiatives
- Support the Group HR Manager in the coordination between Headquarters and international subsidiaries
- Partner with local management to identify organizational and workforce needs
- Manage and coordinate recruitment needs for international subsidiaries, from defining requirements and sourcing candidates to interviews, selection, and hiring
- Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new employees in international subsidiaries through local HR teams
- Support performance management, talent development, and career development processes across international subsidiaries
- Support the implementation of Group HR policies and procedures across international subsidiaries, assessing their applicability within different local contexts and promoting consistency and alignment across the Group
- Monitor HR KPIs, headcount, organizational structures, and people-related data for international subsidiaries
- Participate in Corporate HR initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement and harmonization of HR processes across the Group
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Solid experience in supporting international subsidiaries and multicultural environments
- Proven experience in supporting managers and business leaders on key HR matters
- Ability to work effectively with Managing Directors, senior stakeholders, and local teams across different countries and cultures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
- Autonomy, discretion, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR tools
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €38,000 – €48,000
