Overview
In this role you will support Burberry's Scandicci logistics team to ensure accurate flow of goods through the supply chain. You will handle key logistics documentation, data integrity across systems, and coordination with warehouse operations to enable timely product movement. You will work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and uphold compliance while contributing to operational excellence. This position offers a chance to impact performance in a globally recognized, sustainability‐driven luxury brand. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable logistics support and customer-ready service.
Responsabilità
- Maintain accurate logistics and transport data across ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Prepare and process shipping, transport and customs-related documentation for inbound and outbound operations.
- Create and manage invoices, pro-forma invoices and related commercial documentation.
- Support warehouse and distribution activities by coordinating documentation for dispatches, returns and inventory processes.
- Monitor logistics administration processes, identify discrepancies and resolve issues with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant and timely movement of goods.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain administration or related operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Comfortable working with business systems and managing data across multiple platforms.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proactive, organised and focused on delivering high‐quality operational support.
