(Turin, Italy), Tierra develops advanced telematics solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, safety, asset management, and profitability. Tierra designs and develops integrated hardware and software systems for the geolocation, management, remote diagnostics, and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and other industrial assets.
You will grow strategic customer relationships, identify new commercial opportunities and ensure an excellent post-sales experience across the customer lifecycle.
Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned strategic customers.
Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals, contract amendments and renewals.
Build business cases with Sales, Delivery Management, Finance and Administration.
Coordinate internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a high-quality post-sales experience.
Monitor contract profitability, sale
