Collaborate with technologists, designers, and strategists to deliver digital solutions for clients
Develop software products from ground up and coach client teams on best practices

Requisiti fondamentali
~ Bachelor, Master, or PhD in computer science, ML, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or AI
~1+ years of full-stack development experience
~ Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates
~ Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
~ Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); Docker and CI/CD
~ Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
~ Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies
~ Experience pair programming with other developers
