Within the scope of the relevant scientific-disciplinary sector, research activities will focus on an in-depth study of sports law, with particular regard to its defining themes, such as:



the relationship between the sports legal system and the state legal system; issues surrounding the management of sports facilities; anti-doping regulations; various aspects of liability in sports; and sports employment contracts, including in light of the reform introduced by Legislative Decree no. 36 of 28 February 2021 and subsequent amendments.
