We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as:* Technology & Engineering* Energy & Renewables* Life sciences & Pharma* Digital & IT## About this vacancyThe 6-month extracurricular internship offers an important opportunity for professional growth and learning within a dynamic and innovative environment.The selected candidate will have the chance to support the team in various activities including:- Management of invoicing activities.- Recording costs and revenues in the accounting system.- Interfacing with suppliers and customers for order management.- Monthly checks of timesheets and expense reports.- Operational support to employees and business managers.- Management and monitoring of payments.- Preparation and management of internal reporting.## What we expect from you* AFM diploma (Administration, Finance, and Marketing),
formerly Accounting or equivalent.* Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration.* Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.* Good knowledge of the English language.* Organizational and time management skills.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Precision and attention to detail.* Teamwork orientation.The position offers a 6-month internship contract with a net salary of 1,000 euros and meal vouchers worth 7 euros per working day.
