Starhotels Rosa Grand in Milan is seeking an Event Assistant to be the key contact for guests during meetings and events, delivering hospitality that turns moments into memories. You will support pre-event organization, prepare quotations and contracts, monitor bookings, ensure spotless conference spaces, and oversee every moment of the event to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Italian and English fluency is expected, with 2+ years in events; Opera PMS experience is a plus.
