Micron Technology is seeking a NAND Cell Characterization & AI Tools Intern at its R&D; site in Vimercate, Italy. You will help compose AI-enabled tools to automate analysis of micro-probing waveforms and support the NAND product roadmap.

Responsibilities include collaborating with CELL engineers, building AI components for waveform ingestion and feature extraction, and generating detailed reports with HITL validation. Health and safety guidelines apply.
