In this role you will provide strategic legal guidance within Fintech, focusing on payments, e-money and consumer credit. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape compliant product launches, assess regulatory risks, and advise senior leadership. The position blends legal risk management with product and engineering interplay to support rapid growth. You will help build a trusted, customer‑facing financial platform with a strong regulatory foundation.

Responsabilità
- Product development support for Payments and Consumer Credit products (e.g., BNPL), including legal input into design and launch
- Risk assessment and mitigation aligned with risk appetite to safeguard the organisation
- Regulatory compliance advice on PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money regulations and CCD2
- Stakeholder management and providing pragmatic legal guidance to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE (ideally 8–10 years)
- Deep knowledge of financial and consumer credit regulations (PSD2, AML/KYC, EMRs, CCD2) with fintech/payments experience
- Experience in both private practice and in‑house settings is a plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to dive into complex legal issues and make risk-based decisions
- Technical and commercial awareness with understanding of fintech, payments and consumer lending processes
- English fluency (written and spoken); Italian or French a plus
