Your role as HR Generalist Intern
As a member of HR Team,
you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams, strengthen our culture, and facilitate our growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle in an entrepreneurial environment.
Activities Will Include
- Supporting throughout the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-boarding preparation to the first weeks on the job, ensuring a smooth integration experience
- Assisting with day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and documentation
- Supporting internal HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational excellence
- Contributing to the design and distribution of employee surveys, analyzing results to surface actionable insights on engagement and satisfaction
- Providing support during performance review cycles, helping track deadlines and consolidate feedback
- Creating reports to track key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover), helping the team monitor progre
