Responsabilità
- Own full revenue accountability including forecasts and target achievement
- Serve as Abbott’s primary contact and trusted advisor
- Lead strategic account management and post‑sales implementation
- Identify opportunities for new product and menu expansion and support sales activities
- Prepare and conduct regular business reviews with customers
- Oversee renewals and negotiate long‑term contracts
- Support implementation of new tests
- Provide ongoing customer training and coaching
- Coordinate cross‑functional post‑sales teams with the Project Manager
- Measure success via profitability, NPS, renewal rate, and managed revenue
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in the diagnostics industry with account management experience
- Proven success in a similar role with references and testimonials
- Strong customer engagement with senior management and stakeholders
- Strong product and industry knowledge
- Understanding of customer decision-making and stakeholder dynamics
- Strong solution-selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and lead problem-solving
