Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for Priority Vertical Market of IATD (Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division) at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Manage and develop strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectivesIdentify growth opportunities and execute account development plansLeading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customersSupport complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teamsLead annual Account Planning,
including forecasting and performance trackingEnsure effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usageAnalyze sales data to drive insights and recommend actionsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end‑user salesFrom 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account managementKnowledge of industrial or technical marketsKnowledge of industrial/chemical products, preferably adhesives and tapesStrong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiativesExcellent EnglishKnowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)Willingness to travel frequently with overnight staysAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Knowledge in adhesives and tapes automation proc
