As Senior Advisor, Supplier Quality Strategy & Innovation , you will serve as a key thought leader and strategic partner, driving Supplier Quality excellence across emerging technologies, electrification systems, and future-focused energy solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape quality strategies, strengthen supplier capabilities, and accelerate innovation across the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities




- Driving strategic Supplier Quality initiatives supporting new energy technologies, electrification systems, digitalization, and other emerging business opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on Supplier Quality strategies, risk management, and deployment of best practices across global operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative quality approaches to support new products, advanced manufacturing technologies, and evolving supplier ecosystems.
- Supporting supplier scouting, qualification, and technology assessments for strategic and emerging technologies, identifying quality risks and capability gaps early in the development process.
- Promoting advanced quality methodologies, preventive quality culture, and data-driven decision-making to improve supplier performance and product reliability.
