Overview
As National Account Sales Director you drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of national accounts for Marriott brands. You build strategic partnerships with key buyers, align account plans with company goals, and maximize market share across properties. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, loyalty, and profitable share, while executing account strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role offers impact at scale within a globally recognized hospitality brand.

Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the overall account strategy for assigned accounts
- Retain, expand and grow account revenue through penetration and initiatives
- Penetrate accounts for group, transient, extended stay, and catering sales
- Identify new accounts and qualify opportunities with Sales and Marketing
- Articulate financial benefits of proposals to customer objectives
- Manage account data and reporting in Opera Sales and Catering
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure account strategy execution at property level




- Represent all Marriott lodging brands in servicing accounts
- Monitor market conditions and adjust account strategies accordingly
- Support in-market needs and data gathering/reporting functions
- Ensure compliance with Marriott Customer Service Standards and Brand Standards
- Deliver two-way communication to sustain win-win relationships
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to property leadership when needed
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on accounts, market activity, and customer needs
- Engage in market pull-through and cross-functional collaboration

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years experience in sales/marketing
- OR 4-year degree in the same fields with 2 years experience
- Total Account Management experience (preferred)
- Hospitality sales experience (preferred)
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
